Join the WOLF RIVER CHAPTER OF QU as they welcome
special guest speaker

host of Larry Rea Outdoors on AM 790 radio.
This kick-off meeting for the sporting clays shoot (8/30) will outline the program for the event, and demonstrate how the funds generated go toward youth programs and habitat restoration to benefit quail and other native birds and animals.
Come and join the camaraderie and help keep the sport alive.
Wolf River chapter serves to Memphis and the surrounding area. Our objective is to ensure the future of Quail and Quail habitat with conservation and land management programs. The majority of our public lands habitat work is done at our chapter's adopted public hunting area, the Wolf River Wildlife Management Area. Our other programs include seed distribution and a 235-acre dog training/habitat demonstration area for Wolf River QU members.
Our meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month
upstairs in the education room located in the back of the Collierville
Animal Clinic on Highway 72, Collierville, TN with our thanks to Dr. Mcgee.

ABOUT QUAIL UNLIMITED
Established in 1981 to battle the problem of dwindling quail and wildlife
habitat, Quail Unlimited Inc. has since become the only national, non-profit
conservation organization dedicated to the wise management and conservation
of America's wild quail as a valuable and renewable resource. Headquartered
in Edgefield, S.C., QU is over 50,000 men and women from across the USA
who love to hunt and who believe in restoring and preserving wildlife
habitat. The goals and objectives of QU are achieved primarily through:
• Habitat Management,
• Research and
• Public Education
administered through the national organization and a network of over 300
local chapters.
Wolf River #605 is the local chapter serving Memphis, Southwest TN and
the Mid-South. The objective of this chapter is to promote QU’s
conservation message while providing our members and their families with
information, activities and fellowship. This is accomplished through such
regular services as our newsletter, meetings and habitat research reports.
Activities include habitat restoration/enhancement work, youth camps,
sporting clays competitions, gun dog field trials, training seminars,
fish fries, dove shoots and the annual fund raiser banquet held at the
Eads Civic Center. Membership is open to all MidSouth outdoors enthusiasts.
